Shropshire Wildlife Trust receives £32k grant from Shropshire Freemasons

Our Feed the Birds volunteer befriending scheme has received a £32,000 grant from the Masonic Charitable Foundation funded by Shropshire Freemasonry. We are extremely grateful for this generous donation.

The scheme, now in its sixth year, aims to reach those experiencing loneliness and social isolation through the activity of bird feeding. Volunteers engage with clients to share a connection with nature and provide vital social contact.
