Old Ben Lodge Installation - meeting of 30

At last, some semblance of normality, with a slightly adapted and COVID-compliant meeting to Install Andy Delamere as the new Master, after three years and a month with Kevin Fowler in the Chair.

A very happy time was had, seeing old friends directly as opposed to through the prism of a Zoom screen… An excellent Ceremony was followed by the author’s first Festive Board since March 15th, 2020.

The lodge also said a special ‘thank you’ to Peter Everall, who was Old Ben’s first ever Candidate in 1992, and who has been a most efficient Secretary of the Lodge for 20 years. The outgoing Master Kevin Fowler is taking over the administration. Among the many appointments,. Dave Hedley is to be the Lodge’s first Membership Officer.
